Hey guys after a long span of time we have got a new product of Apple which is far more better than the 2nd generation of iPad with some more extraordinary features which would make us amazed.So lets go through the features of the new generation of iPad - iPad 3!
The Apple iPad 3 has got some new fundamental elements such as the new cameras,wireless connections and many more which evolves into third generation Pad, i.e, iPad 3. One of its new features is the Retina display, which makes the Pad alive & gives us a sharp text with rich colors as it has got four times more pixels than that of iPad 2. The iPad 3's new Retina display boasts 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution (four times the number offered by iPad 2 screens and more than a million greater than HD TV offers). At 264 pixels per inch (ppi), the density is so great our eyes are unable to discern individual pixels when viewed from a normal distance. For the retina display it has got A5X high performance chip which increases the display. It has also got one of the world's most advanced operating system- iOS 5.1. It gets power from each one of the 3.1 million pixels in the display. And its quad-core graphics processing makes look the iPad feel incredibly responsive. The new iPad maintains the current 10 hour battery life with 9 hours on 4G. It’s 9.4mm thick and weighs 1.4 pounds.
Coming to its other new features it has got a new iSight camera at the back, illuminated by light sensors which has 5 Mega pixels making the images look still and crystal clear and a FaceTime camera at the front for video calling. It has also got 1080p HD video recording. These all is possible due to its advanced lenses which has got an ƒ/2.4 aperture and a five-element lens, which captures light efficiently to produce a sharper overall image. And the hybrid infrared filter typically reserved for expensive SLR cameras keeps out harmful IR light for more accurate, uniform colors.
Its connectivity system consists of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 technology, 4G LTE ultra speed technology for faster network access, UMTS, HSPA+ and DC-HSDPA. Besides this a new featre is the AirPlay which connects the iPad to a HD TV over a Wi-Fi network and lets us to see the HD movie in the HD TV running the stream in the iPad. Its newly introduced iPad smart cover which keeps the iPad in sleep mode and when it gets rolled back, it automatically wakes the iPad as it has got magnetic attraction. It is also useful as a keyboard stand and FaceTime and video stand. The new black and white iPads will cost US$499 (16GB), $599 (32GB) and $699 for the 64GB model. Starting on March 7 the iPad 2 drops to a more affordable $399 for those who can somehow resist that urge to acquire the latest and greatest. For Wi-Fi + 4G equipped models (either AT+T or Verizon), suggested retail is $629 (16GB), $729 (32GB) and $829 for the 64GB model. The iPad 3 will also be available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, UK and the US Virgin Islands on Friday, March 16 and in India it will available after one month.
