The Samsung Wave 2 S8530 is the successor of Samsung Wave S8500. Its a smartphone which was released in October 2010. It uses indigenous Bada 1.2 operating system and is powered by Samsung's Hummingbird (TM) CPU, which includes 1GHz processor that offers fast data processing and a good 3D graphic performance.

Vr SGX 540 graphics engine which is said to be capable of generating 90 millions triangles per second. The ergonomically designed body makes it more comfortable to hold. There's a 5 mega pixel camera along with LED flash, Geo-tagging, blink detection and image stabilization. It has a 2GB/GB of internal storage with a micro SD card that enables memory extension up to 32 GB. The T9 trace method of the Wave-2 provides a faster & easier way to input text than standard texting, in which, only by sliding the fingers over the letters of the word (in the order they are in the word) for sometime, the smartphone figures out the word being spelled.
It enables wireless connection and networking through Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. It has pre-installed internet browser-Dolphin Browser v2.0. The 1GHz processor enables multi tasking at a faster pace. It has an in-built software to make short movies with images and videos present on the memory.
This software also has facilities to add text and background music to the movie.This phone comes with an embedded HD video player that provides universal compatibility. Subtitles are also supported on in this video player even when using All-share. It acts as a great social hub with integrated one-page layout of the phone book, IM, e-mail and SMS.
After having so many features it surely comes to mind that what would be the price of such a gadget. This gadget comes at a price of - 20,139 INR. It had been released in October 2010.
