This aircraft was made by the Chengdu Aircraft Industry group. Chengdu J-20 "BLACK EAGLE" 5th generation fighter design exhibits stealth characteristics not unlike the American Lockheed F-22 Raptor. This aircraft has twin engines which appear to be somewhat larger and heavier in comparision to Sukhoi T-50 and Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor. It is approximately 75 feet (23m) in length, has a wingspan of 45 feet (14m) or more and is expected to have a takeoff weight of 75000 to 80000 pounds (34000-36000 kg) with internal stores only.The prototype can be powered by twin 15000kg thrust vector engines provided by Russia.The production of aircraft will be powered by two 13,200 kilograms(29000lb)/WS-10 class high thrust turbofan engines fitted with Thrust Vector Controlled nozzles. It has large weapon bays and can carry huge amount of fuel. It has a long & wide fuselage and low jet engine intakes. The production of J-20 may incorporate an advanced fly-by-wire system fully integrated with the fire-control and the engine system. Its fire control radar is expected to be Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA).

This aircraft contains some external hardpoints for missiles, bombs and fuel pods. This is a multirole fighter and strike fighter. It took its first flight in January 11 ,2011 and its testing is going on . It was primarly used by Peoples Liberation Army Air Force China.The group plans to introduce this plan to the viewers and other military forces in 2017-2019
